Do I even need to comment? $40 for a beautifully crafted tribute to the games of our past. 9/10, only on PS3.
Great preview. LBP meets Mario Kart, another instant classic. Man, look at all of these games that aren`t shooters that PS3 owners have the luxury of choosing from.
Ouch! They gave SCC a 9 and Alan Wake an 8? Oh my god, if Alan Wake doesn`t reach AAA status, it`s going to be very embarrassing.
Damn, another great score for another true PS3 exclusive. I`m looking forward to playing this beautiful game. Look at this variety: Yakuza 3, WKC, MAG, God of War 3, 3d Dot Game Heroes, Modnation Racers, Heavy Rain. UNBELIEVABLE! Puts the 360 to SHAME.
I always love how grossly exaggerated these titles are. "AMAZING new Alan Wake in-game images emerge!!!" Who exactly would be amazed by these? Don`t get me wrong, they look nice, but I`ve been looking at these quality of visuals for years.
Why is everybody still dwelling over SCC coming to the PS3? Who cares? The game is average. I wouldn`t buy it even if it had exclusive PS3 content. It`s watered down, short, and glitchy. No thanks.
Glad to hear it. The 360 hasn`t had a great exclusive since...um......probably `08. Dang, they`re really having a drought over there. I`ve purchased 11, let me rephrase that ELEVEN exclusive PS3 games since the beginning of `09. So, it`s only fair that the 360 gets a good game once in a while.
Their list:
Mass Effect 2- Great game, I could buy it for PC.
Gears 2- Huge letdown, a bug-riddled mess. Pass.
Halo 3- Good game, nothing amazing.
Left 4 Dead 2- Decent, definitive version on PC.
SCC- Generic, and playable on PC. Trust me, no PS3 owner is losing sleep over this one.

Uh duh. Anybody who was alive to experience any console generations other than this one could tell you that. Ain`t no way an XBOX console is going to beat a PLAYSTATION console. Sorry, but the PS3 will be remembered as something great, while the 360 will be remembered as "that console that had Halo and Gears." I expect to get another 5 years out of my PS3, and I expect the 360 to become obsolete as soon as MS dumps it for the nextbox just to stay ahead of everybody else. In my opini...
Wow. And the truth is exposed. The game doesn`t even come close. Not even remotely close. I`ll say it again, not even remotely close. It doesn`t even reach Heavy Rain status in terms of visuals, hell, I`m not so sure it even beats Uncharted 1. The bots have really lost their marbles.
I`ve said this many many many many times. The graphics look nice, and that`s the best I can say about them. To compare them to PS3`s top dogs is absolutely laughable though.
I love how Killzone 2 is still a benchmark. Over a year old, and it has all sorts of fanboys jealous. The 360 fanboys hate that their pathetic console can`t even compare, and the PC fanboys hate that their games are being compared to a puny little $300 4 year old machine. Man, I love it.
Boring. Plain and simple. Upped graphics, a couple new modes and player stat tracking/score. I`m bored already. I may have well just gone and watched some Halo 3 videos, because there is hardly a difference. Sorry.
GoW3 was well worth my $65, but it`s reasons like this that make me reluctant to buy my games on launch day, they almost always see a price drop shortly after launch.

MAG`s doing just fine. I`d rather have a 75 with endless replay value, than an 85 worth 5 hours.
You know, it`s funny. If you take out the games that can only be played on 360, you`re only left with 4 or 5 of those 10, meanwhile, the PS3`s top 10 can be played on the PS3 and only the PS3.
